Refund policy

If you're not happy, I'm not happy. If you intend to make a return, please contact me at orders@kayserceramics.com to make arrangements. I offer a 30 day full refund on returns minus the cost of packing and shipping fees.

Please check all packages for damage upon delivery. If by chance a shipment arrives damaged please send me pictures of the box and piece: orders@kayserceramics.com. Please save all packaging as FedEx will pickup the damaged items. I will handle claims from my end. Damaged orders will be fully refunded or replaced. 

Note: replacing items has a long lead time and replacements are not exact replicas due to each piece being handmade and fired in atmospheric kilns.
