Shipping policy

Orders ship out 24-48 hours after ordering. Depending on your location and shipping carrier you should receive your order in 3-7 days. Expect a little longer if you live outside the United States.

Currently I have shipping profiles set-up for all items in the U.S. and many International destinations. If you live abroad and are not seeing your destination listed, please send me an email at orders@kayserceramics.com; I will happily work with you.

Returned items receive a full refund minus the cost of return shipping.
